In 1997 when Space Station was launched it was their goal to changed the perception of estate agents, they were the first in Shoreditch to break the million pound mark for the sale of a single apartment and have a high profile client list of artist, musician and actors.


With this in mind, Edge and Barrett were approached to breathe life back into all their brand literature, from logo, icon, typography and marketing material. We re-designed their logo, introduced a clean, modern typeface, a muted colour palate, signage and office environment. We also launched a series of brand based, message led marketing concepts focusing on character and personality rather than property and stereo-typical connotations of ‘traditional estate agents’.
